In this step, we find the products according to the customer’s predefined requirements, providing all the information and technical characteristics for the specific type of goods, as well as MOQ and wholesale prices for predefined quantities.
In this step, we will purchase your selected item and deliver it to our warehouse.
Quality check is mandatory as when certain irregularities or discrepancies are found with the goods, they will be returned for replacement or repair.
In this step, we transit the goods to the nearest port and prepare all customs documentation so that the goods can be cleared through customs and shipped to the pre-determined destination.
Depending on your requirements, the goods can be delivered to your specified destination using sea freight, air freight, express courier or rail transport.
At this stage, the goods should be cleared by a customs agent and all customs duties and charges (duty, VAT, anti-dumping duties) should be paid. Duty is charged on the sum of the invoice value of the specified type of goods and the transport costs. After charging customs duty, VAT shall be charged on the final value of the entire order. If we were to derive the entire bill in a mathematical equation, it would look like this: Final value of your order = (invoice value + shipping costs + insurance) x duty x VAT.
Once the goods have been cleared through customs, they will be shipped to a warehouse or address previously specified by the customer.
